Mehood Lestie Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street)

Nice and convenience location. Near chongshan road, ba shi, jetty return from gulangyu. Friendly and nice staff services. Value price to stay. Spacious and cute family room.

Hotel location is within walking distance to Zhongshan shopping area and many varieties of foods shops. Rooms are comfortable, brothers, sister , sister in-laws & brother in-law, all find it cosy & comfortable. Hotel Staffs are friendly and warm.

Front desk is well trained even better.than those more exp hotels in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Upon reaching immediately been served with welcome drink. Although small hotel, the.room is well equipped, warmth. Able to pick up extra cotton buds, make up remover etc from reception. I booked the wrong type of room and the front desk offered to change. I have turned down but the thought of allowing me to change is much appreciated. Situated inside a plaza which is the only negative point. Location is good though.for food and shopping for local delicacies.

The location is very easy access to Zhongshan pedestrian street & nearby eateries small shops  Like Macdonald is just around the corner  at the same  Bldg.  The hotel got provide free  tea-break daily 2-4pm & supper 8-10pm for hotel guest . As one of the trainee customer service name XiaoTing she is very friendly & responsive when I have WeChat her before I reached Xiamen . She provide me a lot of  infos when I asked & even when we reached on  the first day , she is willing to show us the room herself & settle some of the room issues . Even physically show us the well known noodles store after her off duty . We are appreciated that the hotel had such good performance trainee hotel staff.    As for hotel amenities , they provide recycle toilet paper & tissue paper is too rough to use . The hotel is situated in the commercial Bldg & the amenities  looks old & the guest room  inner condition need to improve . As for room aircons  panel control difficult to monitor since  tis is centralise control .

Very convenient location. Staff are all very friendly and proactive. There are complimentary afternoon tea and supper daily. Overall we are happy with our stay here.

Hotel is near Zhongshan Road. A very convenient location for shopping. The staff were very friendly and immediately responded to my request for hand soap. Will definitely recommend. 姜贝Jiangbei was also very helpful in accessing our requests.
